WARRANTY

The warranty relating to new products purchased will be supported according to the company rules:
– Bernina/Bernette: 2 years warranty
– Brother: 3-year warranty
-Elna: 2-year warranty, extendable up to 5 years
– Husqvarna: 5-year warranty
– Janome: 5-year warranty
– Juki: 2-year warranty
– Necchi: 2-year warranty, extendable up to 5 years
-Pfaff: 5-year warranty
– Singer: 2-year warranty
Please remember that the warranty period is valid only within the national territory and cannot be extended by private retailers, only by official extensions from companies.

ANYONE WHO PURCHASE FROM US WILL HAVE AN OFFICIAL GUARANTEE FROM THE PARENT COMPANY. FURTHERMORE, FOR ANY PROBLEM YOU MUST CONTACT US, AS WE ARE IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE OFFICIAL COMPANIES.
