🛒 ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

How can I place an order?

Choose the products you want, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We will guide you step-by-step through the purchase process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Klarna and PayPal in 3 installments. Heylight up to 10 installments and Compass, Deutsche Bank and Findomestic up to 84 months. (These latter installment payments are subject to exclusions and where available) All payments are secure and protected.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, the order enters processing. Contact us immediately for urgent requests.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase with all the details of your order and the tracking number.

🚚 SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How long does shipping take?

We ship within 3 business days. Delivery takes 24/48 business hours for Italy and 5-10 days for Europe.

What are the shipping costs?

Free shipping in Italy for orders over €69.99. For smaller orders, the cost is €9.99 in Italy.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship throughout Europe. For non-EU destinations, please contact us to check availability and costs.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the order is shipped. You can track the shipment on the courier's website.

↩️ RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Can I return a product?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in original, unused condition and with tags.

How does the refund process work?

Once the request has been sent ONLY and EXCLUSIVELY via email (bittarelli.l@gmail.com), you can send the item to be returned at the customer's expense. Before issuing the refund, the return is verified, and then the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the same payment method used.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

All our products are original and of high quality. We only work with certified and reliable suppliers.

How do I create an account?

Click on "Log in" at the top right and select "Create account". Enter your email and password to register.

How can I contact customer service?

You can contact us via email at bittarelli.l@gmail.com or through the contact form. We respond within 24 hours.

What are your support hours?

Our team is available from Tuesday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM. On weekends, we respond to emails by the following Tuesday.
