Accepted payment methods
The Customer can make purchases on the site using the following secure payment methods:

Credit and debit cards : Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major circuits.

Prepaid cards : including Postepay and rechargeable cards enabled for online payments.

PayPal : payment via personal account.

Bank transfer : If you choose this method, your order will be processed only after the payment has been credited to the account indicated in the payment instructions.

Cash on delivery (Cash on Delivery) : If available, an additional fee may apply, which will be specified during checkout. Payment must be made in cash to the courier, within the limits of the law.

Klarna – pay in 3 interest-free installments (where available).

Heylight – payment in 10 installments (where available).

Google Pay and Apple Pay : fast and secure payments via digital wallet.

Installment financing up to 84 months through partner banks (Compass, Deutsche Bank, Findomestic), subject to approval by the lender.
All payments are made in Euro (€) .
Payment security

All transactions are processed through secure servers with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol , which guarantees the protection and encryption of sensitive data.

Data relating to credit cards, digital wallets and other payment instruments are not stored or processed directly by the site , but are managed exclusively by authorized payment providers.

In compliance with the European PSD2 Directive, Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) may be required to complete the transaction.

In case of anomalies or suspicions of fraud, we reserve the right to contact the Customer for further verification or to refuse the transaction.

Any payment processing fees will be clearly indicated during the purchase process.

In case of refund, the amount will be returned using the same payment method chosen by the Customer when placing the order, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

For installment payments through financial institutions, the conditions (rates, duration, charges) are defined in the contract stipulated directly with the financing institution.
